Once you’ve entered the token quantity, proceed by clicking on the ‘Invest Now’ button. This will initiate the process of purchasing the tokens, taking you to the next step where you’ll need to deposit funds to complete the transaction.
To invest in the property, you’ll need to deposit funds into your FraXn wallet. Click on the ‘Add Funds’ button, which will guide you through the process of transferring money into your account. This ensures that you have sufficient funds to cover the purchase of the tokens.

You’ll be prompted to enter the number of tokens you want to deposit into the investment pool. After entering the desired quantity, click on the ‘Deposit Now’ button to finalize the transaction. This step confirms your investment and moves your tokens into the property’s ownership structure.

It is possible that by default the address is ‘Smart Contract Wallet Address’, make sure to switch to ‘Externally Owned Address’.
Once done, you can again deposit the funds and click on ‘Approve’.
To get back to the properties section for investment, you can click on ‘Marketplace’ and explore the properties for investment.
Now, once you’ve finalized the property of your interest, you can add the Token Quantity and click on ‘Invest Now’!
